Before you apply, there are a few things you need to know:

• The dates for this workshop are April 5 & 6, 2022, 12:00 pm – 3:30 pm Eastern Time (9:00 am – 12:30 pm Pacific Time). Please be sure you are available and can dedicate uninterrupted time on both dates. 
• Space is strictly limited. Your application will require a short telephone interview with one of our workshop facilitators to learn more about your leadership experience and goals. The purpose of this call is to ensure this workshop is a good fit before you pay the workshop fee. If we all agree that this program is right for you, you’ll receive an invoice that must be paid promptly to secure your seat.
• Virtual event fees are non-refundable. You may send a substitute to attend in your place. Please note that your substitute will need to take their SDI assessment at least 2 days prior to the workshop, and there will be additional charge for their assessment. Please notify us of any substitutions as soon as possible.
