The Art & Science of Leadership Presence

The Art & Science of Leadership Presence

A 2-Day Immersive Workshop Experience
April 28 & 29, 2026 • 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Both Days
New Hope, Pennsylvania

Leadership and executive presence are about much more than body language, eye contact, and traditional notions of charisma. It’s about showing up fully and authentically for yourself and for the people you lead.

It’s the way you make others feel in a room. The message you send before you ever say a word. The trust you build through honesty, clarity, and genuine connection.

And there’s no single right way to do it.

In this intimate, two-day experience set in the heart of New Hope, Pennsylvania, you’ll step away from the noise of your daily work to do the deeper work — the kind that unlocks your authentic leadership potential and helps you lead with confidence, intention, and real influence.

Working alongside a small cohort of like-minded leaders, you’ll explore:

  • Your core values and the personal leadership style that’s uniquely yours
  • How to leverage your strengths — and genuinely honor the strengths of others
  • How to communicate with presence and clarity in meetings, conversations, and high-stakes presentations
  • Inclusive communication practices that build trust and belonging
  • How to read a room and adapt in real time to meet people where they are

A Hands-On, High-Impact Experience

This isn’t a sit-and-listen experience. Throughout the two days, you’ll be interacting with other leaders, and you’ll be on your feet — practicing, presenting, and receiving live, in-the-moment coaching. Real growth happens through doing, and every participant will have multiple opportunities to apply new skills in a safe, supportive environment. You’ll be challenged, encouraged, and coached in real time — the way lasting change actually happens.

You’ll leave with more than new skills. You’ll create a personalized action plan, a clearer sense of who you are as a leader, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Space is intentionally limited to ensure a rich, personal experience for every participant

Come as you are. Leave more powerfully you.

Welcome to New Hope, Pennsylvania

A place worth traveling to.
A setting that will stay with you long after you leave.

Some places just have a feeling. New Hope is one of them.

Tucked along the banks of the Delaware River in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, New Hope is a historic, artsy, beautifully walkable small town that has been charming visitors for generations. It’s been named the #1 small town for arts and culture in the United States by Travel + Leisure — and once you’ve spent time here, it’s easy to understand why.

There’s something about stepping away from the familiar that opens us up. New Hope offers exactly that: a genuine change of scenery that invites reflection, conversation, and the kind of presence that’s hard to access in a typical office or hotel ballroom.

The Setting

Historic stone buildings line quaint streets. The Delaware Canal — a 60-mile National Historic Landmark — winds quietly through town, flanked by towpaths perfect for a morning walk. The Delaware River stretches just beyond, offering views that have a way of reminding you what matters.

The town is compact and wonderfully walkable — which means mornings, evenings, and breaks are yours to explore.

Dining

New Hope punches well above its weight when it comes to food. Whether you’re looking for a relaxed bite, an intimate dinner, or a lively evening with the group, you’ll find it here.

A few local favorites worth knowing:

  • Stella of New Hope — upscale waterfront dining with stunning Delaware River views and a thoughtfully curated menu
  • Martine’s RiverHouse — a beloved local landmark serving lunch and dinner with riverside charm
  • Nektar — a polished wine bar with Mediterranean small plates and a lively outdoor patio
  • The Ferry Market — a 13-vendor food hall at the heart of Main Street, perfect for a casual bite or a morning coffee
  • OldeStone — steak and seafood in a converted 1872 stone church; one of the most memorable dining rooms in the region

And if you want to venture across the bridge to Lambertville, New Jersey — just a short walk away — you’ll find even more excellent restaurants and a thriving arts scene that’s well worth an evening.

Things to Do

Evenings and free time in New Hope rarely disappoint. The town is alive with things to see and do — none of which require a car.

  • Stroll the Delaware Canal towpath — peaceful, beautiful, and ideal for a reflective walk
  • Take in a show at the Bucks County Playhouse — a storied regional theater that has welcomed Broadway-caliber productions since 1939
  • Explore Main Street — eclectic boutiques, art galleries, antique shops, and bookstores around every corner
  • Walk across the New Hope-Lambertville Bridge — a quarter-mile span with beautiful river views connecting two of New Jersey’s and Pennsylvania’s most beloved towns
  • Ride the New Hope Railroad — a historic 1925 steam locomotive offering scenic 45-minute rides through the Bucks County countryside
  • Browse the galleries — New Hope has a long artistic heritage and a vibrant community of working artists
